Cancellation Policy

A credit card will be required to reserve an appointment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Please read our Cancellation Policy to avoid fees.

 

When you schedule an appointment with Transformations, that time is reserved special for you. Because of this, we ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you give us a 48 hours notice. This ensures we have an opportunity to offer the appointment time to someone on our waiting list. As a courtesy, we do confirmation texts and emails 3 days in advance to allow ample notice of your appointment. If you need to cancel a reservation, and a 48 hour notice is not given, there will be charges.


-If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
-If you cancel within 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, we will charge half of the service amount.
-If you cancel within 24 hours or less to your scheduled appointment, we will charge the full amount of the service.
