If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge half of the service amount if notified 24-48 hours prior to the appointment or the full service amount if notified 24 hours or less.
We realize there may be times you will run late for your appointment. In such an instance, your service may be shortened with no fee adjustment.

We guarantee our haircuts and styles for one week, excluding express cuts.

To ensure prompt service appointments are always desirable; however, walk-ins are gladly accepted.
